JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our growing Digital team at McDonald’s. Reporting to our CRM Data Manager, this role will be instrumental in delivering new campaigns and improving existing ones. Bringing better campaigns to our customers and more value to our business.

OBLIGATIONS:

  • Support CRM Data Running Manager in planning and submitting CRM campaigns to customers. These will be the most calendar-led campaigns.
  • Manage the CRM campaign calendar and curb the contents of the brochure by contacting the relevant groups including; Product, Digital, Trust, Unity
  • Writing of campaign agencies based on strategic and campaign objectives. This will include connections to all email, Push, in-app and more.
  • Manage the old review process with all internal and service stakeholders.
  • Timely delivery and expectations throughout the process to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Reviews and quality assurance for all construction campaigns, from the first round to the live trials.
  • Review the results closely and give recommendations on how campaigns can be improved.
  • Exercises and customization are used within calendar-paid campaigns to improve continuous performance.
  • Sharing campaign results with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Be proactive in our product goals and objectives and how this applies to our communications. Ensuring that our agency applies this to our communications.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Title in the appropriate title.
  • 2-4 years experience in the role of CRM Executive or equivalent. At this point, you should have concluded the end of the campaign management campaign.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM is a great practice, data driven campaigns and how CRM can grow customer engagement.
  • Email information and experiences and marketing principles – current trends and innovations.
  • Powerful understanding of CRM KPIs and mobile application KPIs, fragmentation and operational processes behind CRM data campaigns that can influence them.
  • Ability to analyze data and results to provide recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills, a person who is free to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle many projects at once.
  • Excellent attention to detail, aimed at getting the best results and the standard at all times.
  • Bias bias – always striving to bring greater and better at every opportunity.
